How do I activate my license?

After purchasing, you'll receive an activation code via email. Open your IPTV app, go to Settings or Activation, and enter the code. Your license will be activated instantly.

How quickly will I receive my license?

Licenses are delivered instantly to your email after successful payment. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes.

Can I use my license on multiple devices?

Most of our licenses support up to 5 devices simultaneously. Check the specific app details for exact limits. Each device is linked by its MAC address.

How do I find my device's MAC address?

Open the IPTV app on your TV or device. The MAC address is usually displayed on the main screen, in Settings, or in the Activation section of the app.

Can I transfer my license to a different device?

Yes! You can deactivate your license from one device and activate it on another through the app settings or by contacting our support team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and various local payment methods depending on your region.

Is my payment information secure?

Do prices include taxes?

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, our apps are media players that require an IPTV subscription from a content provider. We provide the player software, not the streaming content itself.

What streaming formats are supported?

Why is my stream buffering?

Buffering is usually related to your internet connection or IPTV provider's server. Try: 1) Check your internet speed (10+ Mbps recommended), 2) Restart your router, 3) Contact your IPTV provider if issues persist.
